I have always believed that the kitchen is the place where emotions can be expressed the most.

But I was not good at baking before. For me, making cakes is a game for "experts", either burnt or collapsed. Until one day, I saw my friend use a pink silicone cake mold to easily make a chiffon cake with a perfect shape, slightly curled edges, and a flower-like shape.

I was stunned.

She handed the mold to me with a smile and said, "You can try it too, it's very simple." I was skeptical. The first time I touched the silicone mold, I always felt that it was soft. Can I bake a cake? As a result, the moment it came out of the oven, the cake was not only completely demolded, but also had beautiful patterns. Even my family couldn't help but say, "This cake is so beautiful!"

At that moment, I completely fell in love with the silicone cake mold.

It is soft, heat-resistant, non-sticky, and elastic, which made me change from "fear of baking" to "love baking". More importantly, it gave me the courage to create freely.

I began to study molds of different shapes: round, hollow wreath, heart, Christmas tree, bear shape... and even tried to make two-color cakes, fruit sandwiches, and steamed cakes. Each mold is like a way of expression, allowing me to tell stories, hide emotions, and send blessings in the cake.

Later, I simply contacted the factory and began to customize my own mold series. From color to texture, from the easy demoulding angle of the cake to the thickness of the edge, I tried them all myself. Just to make a mold that allows novices to bake "zero failure".

I am not a professional pastry chef, but I like to put a little tenderness, a little happiness, and a little persistence in the cake. Now, my customers come from all over the world, including mothers, teachers, bakers, gift merchants... They told me: "Using your mold, I feel for the first time that I can make a fairy-tale cake."

In fact, what I want to say is -

It's not that you can't make cakes, it may just be that you haven't met a good mold yet.
